Solid laminar wood doors. A special style.

The range of doors of the INSIEME line is complete. In fact, beside building normal single doors, we can produce double doors, triple doors, (running inside and outside the wall) sliding doors, coverings for armoured doors, accordion doors and doors post to passage.

IPA produces standard items but when necessary we can build according to special customer's needs as well and, in theses cases, it is possible a production from drawings. Thanks to its big production flexibility IPA can carry out any kind of work and, when this is not possible, our staff is always glad and ready to find the best solution to your needs.

• They are built exclusively using toulipier wood (American wood).
• The shutter is made of lamellar solid wood; we use 1,5 metres laminas which are 5,20 metres long.
• The shutter and all the curved parts are obtained in a unique piece without any jointing.
• The panelings are made of toulipier wood and they are made of staved solid wood (staves not bigger than 8 cm.) and they are bevelled.
• The frame is made of lamellar solid wood and it is fixed on a solid wood prolongation (this piece is wide as the thickness of the wall).
• The finishing lists are made of 7 cm. solid wood and they are assembled to the frame from one side by a pvc tongue and from the other side by fixing them on the frame itself. They don't need any nails or screws to be fixed.
• The panels or glasses stop are made of lamellar solid wood and they are assembled to the shutter through a PATENTED IPA SYSTEM. They are fixed through pressure driving without any nails or screws.
• The ironmonger is available in different finishing touches with 14 mm. "anuba" hinges.
• The painting is performed with all the elements disassembled in order to avoid any possible colour differences among the components because of the wood settling. We use water dye with polyurethane filler and finishing touch.
• You can choose among different colours: walnut, magnolia, cherry-red, glazed walnut and glazed white.
• The doors belonging to the INSIEME line have a Quality Certification issued by the National Institute of Wood Technologies.
